Mr Strongmans is a family business, based in Bournemouth which is run by Steven, Tobias and Joshua Strongman - yes, that’s right, our family name is actually Strongman! The Story is that one of our ancestors was a very large, muscle bound fruit and vegetable wholesaler in Cornwall who picked up the affectionate name of Mr Strongman from his customers. We don’t know if its true, but we love the idea that is where our name came from! A true Strongman and a gentleman.

For years people have commented on our Surname - that’s a great name, you don’t hear that very often, Are you actually a Strongman? Mrs Strongman get’s asked that all the time too and honestly, she’s strong too! She has to be, it runs in our DNA!

Steven started selling Training supplements in the 1990’s before it was fashionable to take protein, Amino Acids and other supplements. At the time, only the serious weight trainers and competitor Strongmen were serious about how they trained and how to supplemented their diets for peak performance.

For years our family supplied universities, Leisure centres, shops and Food establishments across the South Coast with Wholefoods, Vitamins and Supplements. In 2023 we set up Mr Strongmans Creatine - a bulk supplier of the most used supplement in the world - Creatine Monohydrate.
