What is creatine?

Should I take Creatine?

Creatine is a naturally occurring substance and it can be found in a variety of food sources including meat.  Whilst it is beneficial to use creatine as a supplement to help your sporting performance, we always encourage you to use it as part of a well rounded and balanced diet. Training at a high level always begins with eating well and sleeping well.  Creatine is a supplement which boosts your body’s natural performance.

Will Creatine make me look better?

Creatine is not a magic pill and the only way you will look better is to eat well, sleep well and to train hard.  It’s a life style choice and it takes dedication and self control to be the best you can be.  Of course creatine will help you on that journey to success and the time you spend training will be more productive, you’ll getter faster gains and compete at a higher level.  That sounds good doesn’t it?

Can I set up a trade account?

We are mainly a trade supplier of bulk creatine and whilst we do sell individual 800g Jumbo tubs of Creatine Monohydrate,  we are set up to mainly supplying gyms, sports clubs, university teams and retailers across the UK.  Our minimum trade order is a single case of 6 x 800g units.  Because we are committed to help our customers reach their purpose driven goals, we offer discounted rates and free carriage for trade accounts.
